Ready to go
The 26-year-old, who was last season's joint-leading scorer in the Danish Superliga along with Brøndby's Peter Madsen, could make his debut in Saturday's curtain-raiser against Silkeborg IF. Dalgas joined OB from Vejle BK in May 2001.
'Simply delighted'
Dalgas said: ”I have known about Brøndby's interest for a while but things have developed very quickly over the last 24 hours. I’ve had a short conversation with [coach] Michael Laudrup and I am simply delighted to be a joining a club like Brøndby. It’s a club with great traditions, a brilliant squad and some amazing fans."
Perfect fit
Laudrup was clearly pleased with his second purchase of the summer after signing Morten Wieghorst from Celtic FC. He said: “Dalgas is a superb attacking player who will fit our style perfectly and I am very happy that we succeeded in signing him."
