The easiest way for England residents to demonstrate their COVID-19 status is via the NHS COVID Pass on the NHS App. You can simply show your valid pass when entering the stadium.

📱 💡 Have your COVID status ready to present before you reach the stadium. The phone network will be busy so you may have issues loading your NHS COVID Pass.

The NHS COVID Pass is available if you are registered with a GP in England and:

• have had a full course of the COVID-19 vaccine (a full course is currently two doses of any approved vaccine).
• have had your second dose of the vaccine at least two weeks prior to matchday.
• were vaccinated in England.
• are aged 16 or over.
• and/or have logged your negative Lateral Flow Test results in the last 48 hours.

Please note the ‘NHS App’ is different to the ‘NHS COVID-19’ App used to check into venues. The NHS App is free. You can access it on a mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet.

If you are using your negative Lateral Flow Test result to demonstrate your COVID-19 status, you can only access your NHS COVID Pass (the screen that enables you to access Wembley) if you have registered and verified your identity on the app. You should also log your Lateral Flow Test results using the public reporting system. It can take up to two hours for your results to appear within the app.

If you are using your vaccination status to demonstrate your COVID-19 status, you can access your NHS COVID Pass whether or not you have verified your identity on the app. If you have not verified your identity, you will still be able to get your NHS COVID Pass (the screen that enables you to access Wembley).

❗ Please keep in mind you will need to download and register for the NHS App, and check your status BEFORE travelling to Wembley.

A step by step guide on how to access your NHS COVID Pass is available on the NHS website.

• The test needs to be taken within 48 hours of the time gates open (meaning three hours before kick-off).
• All tests will be self-administered.
• The results of the Lateral Flow Tests need to be uploaded using the NHS self-report tool, whether you are a UK resident or a ticket holder from abroad.
• The Lateral Flow Tests for stadium entry are free of charge.

You must show proof of your negative test result. You can demonstrate it:

• Either via e-mail or text message (from NHS Test and Trace).
• Or via your NHS COVID Pass on the NHS App (available to England residents only, please see detailed information in the NHS COVID Pass section above).

This can be on your device or a printout.

How to get tested:

1️⃣ At Home testing (Recommended)

UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) can order Lateral Flow Tests for home delivery online.

2️⃣ Lateral Flow Test - Collect

Another option is to visit a pharmacy to collect your Lateral Flow Tests for self-testing.

Remember if you’re an international ticket holder who is required to quarantine, you can only visit a pharmacy once you’ve completed your quarantine period.

3️⃣ Asymptomatic Testing Site (ATS) testing (International ticket holders only)

Alternatively, if you're an international ticket holder you can go to an ATS to take your test. You will need to book an appointment. Find a test site on this website. Apply filters under the heading “test site for people without symptoms”. If you’re unsure which ATS to pick, we’ve taken the time to create a list of recommended sites:

England residents:

• If you have been vaccinated against COVID-19 and you live in England, you can show your NHS COVID Pass on the NHS App when entering the stadium. Please see the “NHS COVID Pass” section above for detailed information.
• Alternatively, you can show your English vaccination letter.

Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland residents:

• If you live in Scotland, you can obtain your vaccination status on this website.
• If you live in Wales, you can request your vaccination status by following these instructions. It can take up to ten working days for a certificate to arrive.
• At this stage, there is no process for residents of Northern Ireland to evidence their status.

England residents can alternatively prove their COVID-19 status by demonstrating natural immunity (a positive NHS PCR test in the last 180 days) via their NHS COVID Pass on the NHS App.

To keep everyone safe, we have created entry time slots for every ticket holder. You will have a 30-minute window to arrive at the stadium. These slots have been created so that we can follow social distancing guidelines and we strongly recommend you follow them for a stress-free arrival.

A message from UK government

EURO 2020 matches being played at Wembley Stadium will be part of the UK Government’s ongoing Events Research Programme. As well as requiring attendees to meet the conditions above, ventilation and behavioural studies may also be conducted at these events. The UK government may ask UEFA to contact ticket holders after the event to complete a survey and volunteer to take part in an interview about their experience.

While steps are being taken to minimise risk of infection from COVID-19, attendance at this event is at your own risk. It is your responsibility to decide whether or not it is appropriate for you to attend this event. This decision should be based upon your own health status and susceptibility to infection, and that of members of your family, social bubble or, where applicable, your support bubble, together with an assessment of your own attitude to the potential risks.

• A diligent cleaning regime will be reinforced. Highly frequented touchpoints such as door handles, handrails or counters will be disinfected regularly throughout the matchday. The entire stadium is cleaned on a regular basis before, during and after your visit.
• Over 800 hand sanitiser units across the stadium will make it easy for everyone to follow recommended hygiene practices.
• Cashless transactions - all venues will accept card payments, many via contactless payment, to further reduce shared contact.
• We’re implementing queuing management in front of lifts, concessions and other facilities. Clear floor markings help with direction and movement.
• Education of staff - our Volkswagen Mobility Makers and everyone else working at the venue will have received extensive training to ensure we can deliver a safe and comfortable event according to best practice and government guidelines. This also includes providing all workforce with the necessary protective equipment such as face masks and gloves as required.
• All mitigation measures will be promoted heavily throughout the stadium so that everyone is aware of the rules.

For the final on 11 July, you can take a Lateral Flow Test after 17:00 (UK time) on 9 July - tests taken before this time will not be valid for entry.

No - the required testing for stadium entry is free.

Upon reporting your negative Lateral Flow Test result here, you will receive a text or email from the NHS which needs to be presented to stewards on arrival at Wembley Stadium, prior to entry.

If you're an England resident, you can also demonstrate your negative Lateral Flow Test result via your NHS COVID Pass on the NHS App.

A positive result from a Lateral Flow Test means it’s likely that you had COVID-19 when the test was done. Ticket holders and anyone they live with must not attend the event and self-isolate immediately. Ticket holders are then advised to get a home PCR test (a test that is sent to a lab) to confirm their result as soon as possible.

Ticket holders under 11 years of age are exempt from any COVID-19 testing requirements to gain entry for the matches at Wembley.

No - there is no mandatory requirement for ticket holders to be vaccinated. All ticket holders must provide proof of a negative Lateral Flow Test or display their vaccine status (showing they have had two doses, at least 14 days prior to the match) in order to gain entry to the stadium.

International ticket holders, and anyone from the UK unable to evidence their vaccine status will be required to provide proof in the form of a negative Lateral Flow Test.

They will be denied entry.

You can have your vaccination status, or your negative Lateral Flow Test emailed to your email address and print off a pdf and bring the printed copy with you to Wembley.

You must take a Lateral Flow Test and show proof of a negative result via SMS text or email upon entry to the stadium.

UK resident ticket holders (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) may choose to:

• Order Lateral Flow Tests for home delivery online.
• Visit a pharmacy to collect Lateral Flow Tests for self-testing.

For all these options, results are to be uploaded and reported using the NHS self-report tool. Proof of a negative result via SMS text or email will be required upon entry to the stadium. This can be on your device or a printout.

If you live in Scotland, you can obtain your vaccination status on this website.

If you live in Wales, you can request your vaccination status by following these instructions. It can take up to ten working days for a certificate to arrive.

At this stage, there is no process for residents of Northern Ireland to provide evidence their status.

If you’re travelling from abroad, remember you will have to comply with the border entry restrictions and requirements enforced in the UK at the time.

You will need to wear a face covering, unless you are medically exempt. Any type of face covering which safely covers mouth and nose is permitted.

You can safely take it off when in your dedicated seat. It is particularly important that you wear your face covering in all indoor areas of the stadium.

If you're exempt from wearing a face covering for medical reasons, you will not need to wear one at the stadium. You must be in possession of a doctor's certificate proving your exemption. Please be ready to show it upon entry and also to security staff in the stadium as required.

There will be plenty of hand sanitiser units throughout the stadium, but you can bring your own if you prefer. Note that the bottle should not be larger than 50ml.

Staff on site will remind you and guide you through the measures in place.

Any infringement of Code of Conduct may result in denial of access to the stadium, removal from the Stadium and/or further legal action, at the discretion of UEFA.

If you suspect that someone is not respecting the Spectators Code of Conduct, and you believe you are at risk, please inform a steward, volunteer, or another member of staff.
