'Free agents'
No fee has been paid for 25-year-old striker Bueno and 19-year-old midfielder Rodríguez, who PSG believe were out of contract with their former club CA Peñarol. "We considered them to be free agents," PSG chief scout Jean-Michel Moutier said. "We have signed them in full confidence."
Uruguay internationals
Bueno has scored nine times in 15 appearances for Uruguay, while left-sided Rodríguez has won eight caps and is one of South America's most promising talents. PSG have now made six signings as they aim to return to Europe under coach Laurent Fournier following last season's disappointing ninth-place finish. Both players have joined up with their new team-mates at their pre-season training camp in the French Alps.
