UEFA's hometown - a city of sports
Nyon, with a population of 23,000 people from over 130 nations, showcases a vibrant sports culture. The town boasts more than 70 clubs and associations, involving over 8,000 members. Its impressive sports infrastructure includes the Colovray Sports Centre, situated next to UEFA’s headquarters.
Since 2010, under an agreement with Nyon's municipal authorities, UEFA has managed this complex, which features several grass and artificial turf pitches, an athletics track, fitness training facilities, and a restaurant.
The 4,000-capacity main football stadium, home to FC Stade Nyonnais, is a regular stage for UEFA competitions, including the annual UEFA Youth League finals and the UEFA Unity EURO Cup. UEFA also uses Colovray for various development and training activities such as the Centre of Refereeing Excellence (CORE) for promising young European referees and UEFA Pro licence coaching courses.

The top-notch sports facilities at Colovray not only benefit the local sports community but also offer year-round health and well-being opportunities for UEFA staff, including football matches, touch rugby, running clubs and fitness bootcamps.
