UEFA is inviting bids from suitably qualified suppliers in the match kit category for the UEFA Kit Assistance scheme for the 2026-30 commercial cycle.

The Kit Assistance Programme provides UEFA Member Associations with access to one of the prerequisites to play football – playing kit – including jerseys, shorts, socks, tracksuits and functional undergarments.

Under the Kit Assistance Scheme, which has been in operation since 2007, UEFA supports and assists some of Europe’s participating associations to effectively procure from kit suppliers for the collective benefit of those associations, based on actual need and voluntary participation.

The RFP process will be launched on Monday 11 November 2024. Any bids must be submitted prior to the close of the process on Friday 6 December 2024 at 12:00 CET.

Interested parties can request the RFP documentation at any time from RFP launch until the closing date stated above by contacting Peter Dennis (Senior Licensing Manager) via e-mail at peter.dennis@uefa.ch. The following initial information should be provided in the e-mail: Company name, brand of apparel manufactured and details of current similar contracts held.
