Grassroots event to be held as part of UEFA’s Football in Schools programme.

The UEFA Executive Committee will hold its next meeting in Prague, Czechia, on Tuesday 24 September 2024 from 14:00 to 17:00 CEST.

The main points on the agenda are:

• Distribution of the solidarity share for clubs not participating in UEFA men’s club competitions – cycle 2024/27

• UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 – update

• UEFA women’s football strategy 2024–30

• Regulations of the 2025 UEFA Women’s Nations League and 2026 Women’s European Qualifiers for the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup

• 2027 UEFA Champions League final - update

• UEFA European Under-19 Futsal Championship final tournament – host appointment

Earlier in the day, starting at 09:00, a grassroots event will be held at the Pražačka sports complex in Prague as part of the UEFA Football in Schools programme. Boys and girls from local schools will take part alongside UEFA football ambassadors Luís Figo, Éric Abidal and Aljoša Asanović, as well as local legends Vladimír Šmicer, Patrik Berger, Karel Poborský and Jan Koller, and UEFA president Aleksander Čeferin.

During the UEFA Football in Schools event in the morning, a brief mixed zone will be organised for media at the venue, including opportunities for filming and photography.
