Held at UEFA HQ and some of the most iconic football venues in Europe and beyond, UEFA Academy programmes take students to the heart of sport. Thanks to partnerships with leading academic institutions, UEFA Academy graduates can earn a university diploma that is recognised internationally through the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS).
The UEFA Academy provides a diverse range of 20+ learning opportunities with certain courses and resources available free of charge to everyone, such as the UEFA Financial Management Training, UEFA Academy Online and UEFA For Players.

Participants work on and discuss aspects of leadership, while also focusing heavily on self awareness and how this can support their career development. With the coaching included during the programme week, participants are challenged in both personal and professional aspects.
