Duygu Yaşar is an attorney in private practice, who specialises in sports law, intellectual property, media, and commercial law.
She was the head of legal at the Turkish Football Federation until 2019.
She is a graduate of the UEFA Football Law Programme (FLP III) and was a UEFA Ethics and Disciplinary Inspector from 2015 to 2023. During that period, she dealt with a variety of disciplinary investigations and cases, particularly in relation to safety and security at UEFA competition matches.
She is also a CAS arbitrator.
