The UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has taken the following decisions which would affect the attendance of supporters to UEFA matches:

Match: Romania - Bosnia and Herzegovina, 26. September 2022 (2022/23 UEFA Nations League)

Decisions:

Romanian Football Federation

- To fine the Romanian Football Federation €30,000 and to order the partial closure of the Romanian Football Federation’s stadium, which shall consist of at least 2,000 seats, during the next (1) UEFA competition match it plays as host association, for throwing of objects, lighting of fireworks, transmitting a provocative message of an offensive nature, acts of damage and crowd disturbances. Said partial stadium closure is suspended for a probationary period of two (2) years, starting from the date of the present decision..

Bosnia and Herzegovina Football Federation

- To order the partial closure of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Football Federation’s stadium, which shall consist of at least 2,000 seats, during the next (1) UEFA competition match it plays as host association, for the racist behaviour of its supporters. Said partial stadium closure is suspended for a probationary period of two (2) years, starting from the date of the present decision.

- To fine the Bosnia and Herzegovina Football Federation €10,000 and to ban the Bosnia and Herzegovina Football Federation from selling tickets to its away supporters for its next (1) UEFA competition match, for the racist behaviour of its supporters, throwing of objects, acts of damage and crowd disturbances.

- To order the Bosnia and Herzegovina Football Federation to contact the Romanian Football Federation within 30 days for the settlement of the damages caused by its supporters, i.e. for 39 broken seats.

Match: Austria - Croatia, 25. September 2022 (2022/23 UEFA Nations League)

Decision:

Croatian Football Federation

- To fine the Croatian Football Federation €20,000 and to order the partial closure of the Croatian Football Federation’s stadium during the next (1) UEFA competition match in which the Croatian Football Federation plays as the host association, for the racist and discriminatory behaviour of its supporters. The Croatian Football Federation shall inform prior to the match, the sector(s) to be closed, which shall at least comprehend 2,000 seats.

- To fine the Croatian Football Federation €20,625 for throwing of objects.

- To fine the Croatian Football Federation €2,500 for lighting of fireworks.

Match: FC Nantes - SC Freiburg, 13.10.2022 (2022/23 UEFA Europa League)

Decisions:

FC Nantes

- To fine FC Nantes €20,000 and to order the partial closure of FC Nantes’ stadium (i.e. the sectors/stands C, D, E, F) during the next (1) UEFA competition match it plays as host club, for lighting of fireworks. Said partial stadium closure is suspended for a probationary period of two (2) years, starting from the date of the present decision.

SC Freiburg

- To fine SC Freiburg €15,000 for transmitting a provocative message of an offensive nature.

- To fine SC Freiburg €30,000 and to ban SC Freiburg from selling tickets to its away supporters for the next (1) UEFA competition match, for lighting of fireworks. Said ban from selling tickets to away supporters is suspended for a probationary period of two (2) years, starting from the date of the present decision.

Match: CFR 1907 Cluj - SK Slavia Praha, 13.10.2022 (2022/23 UEFA Europa Conference League)

Decision:

CFR 1907 Cluj

- To fine CFR 1907 Cluj €10,000 and to order the partial closure of CFR 1907 Cluj’s stadium, which shall consist of at least 2,000 seats, during the next UEFA competition match in which CFR 1907 Cluj will play as host club, for the racist and/or discriminatory behaviour of its supporters. Said partial stadium closure is suspended for a probationary period of one (1) year, starting from the date of the present decision.
