AB decisions affecting the attendance of supporters to UEFA matches

UECL 1. FC Slovácko vs OGC Nice, UEL Malmö FF vs 1. FC Union Berlin, UECL West Ham United FC vs RSC Anderlecht

The UEFA Appeals Body has taken the following decisions which would affect the attendance of supporters to UEFA matches:

Match: 2022/23 UEFA Europa Conference League group match between 1. FC Slovácko and OGC Nice (0-1), played on 6 October in Czechia

Decision 1. FC Slovácko:

- To fine 1. FC Slovácko €10,000 and to order the partial closure of 1. FC Slovácko’s stadium (i.e. the entire Tribune B) during the next UEFA competition match it plays as host club, for throwing of objects. Said partial stadium closure is suspended during a probationary period of two (2) years, starting from the date of the present decision.

Match: 2022/23 UEFA Europa League group stage match between Malmö FF and 1. FC Union Berlin (0-1), played on 6 October in Sweden

Decision 1. FC Union Berlin:

- To fine 1. FC Union Berlin €35,000 and to ban 1. FC Union Berlin from selling tickets to its away supporters for the next one (1) UEFA competition match, for lighting and throwing of fireworks.

- To fine 1. FC Union Berlin €5,000 for acts of damages.

- To order 1. FC Union Berlin to contact Malmö FF within 30 days for the settlement of damages caused by its supporters, i.e. for the damaged seats.

Decision Malmö FF:

- To fine Malmö FF €8,000 for blocking of public passageways, €5,000 for crowd disturbances, €20,000 for transmitting a provocative message of an offensive nature, €31,750 for lighting of fireworks and €10,000 for throwing of objects.

Match: 2022/23 UEFA Europa Conference League group stage match between West Ham United FC and RSC Anderlecht (2-1), played on 13 October in England

Decision RSC Anderlecht:

- To fine RSC Anderlecht €50,000 and to ban RSC Anderlecht from selling tickets to its away supporters for the next two (2) UEFA competition matches, for lighting of fireworks, throwing of objects, acts of damage and crowd disturbances. The ban from selling tickets to its away supporters for the second match is suspended during a probationary period of two (2) years, starting from the date of the present decision.

- To order RSC Anderlecht to contact West Ham United FC within 30 days for the settlement of the damages caused by its supporters, i.e., for the 86 damaged seats and the damaged toilets in the away stand.
