The Appeals Body has announced the following decision which would affect the attendance of supporters to UEFA matches:

Match: 2022/23 UEFA Champions League: Ferencvárosi TC v. ŠK Slovan Bratislava played on 20 July 2022 in Budapest, Hungary

Decision:

- To fine ŠK Slovan Bratislava €40,000 and to order the partial closure of the ŠK Slovan Bratislava stadium (i.e. the entire sector C), during the next one (1) UEFA competition match in which ŠK Slovan Bratislava would play as host club, for the racist behaviour of its supporters.

- To order ŠK Slovan Bratislava to implement the following directive at the next UEFA competition match it plays as host club: to display a banner in the sectors to be closed with the wording “#NoToRacism”, with the UEFA logo on it.

- To ban ŠK Slovan Bratislava from selling tickets to its away supporters for the next one (1) UEFA competition match, for the racist behaviour of its supporters. The ban from selling tickets is subject to a probationary period of two (2) years, starting from the date of the present decision.

-To fine ŠK Slovan Bratislava €25,000 for throwing of objects.

- To fine ŠK Slovan Bratislava €13,000 for lighting of fireworks.
