UEFA and CONMEBOL hold football development talks at Nyon workshop

UEFA and the South American football confederation CONMEBOL have held a workshop at UEFA’s headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland, to discuss various matters related to the organisation of tournaments and the development of football.

This week’s four-day gathering between representatives of the two bodies aimed to exchange experiences and knowledge with a view to reinforcing the long-standing mutual relationship between UEFA and CONMEBOL, as well as strengthening communication and joint activities to enhance the development and excellence of football within both confederations.

CONMEBOL was represented by members of various departments including marketing, commercial affairs, competitions, broadcasting, digital communication and media activities.
