The Corsican club have taken the former Montpellier Hérault SC player on loan until the end of the campaign as they aim to move further away from the Ligue 1 relegation zone in the second half of the season.

European pedigree
Vignal helped France's Under-18 team win the 2000 UEFA European Under-18 Championship in Germany before joining the Merseyside club. The 21-year-old has played 20 matches for Liverpool in the English Premiership.
