Francesco Coco, the Italian international midfield player, will end his loan spell at FC Barcelona at the end of the FIFA World Cup after the Catalan club refused to meet Milan AC's asking price for the player.
Regular feature at Barcelona
The Milan vice-president, Adriano Galliani, announced that Coco, a member of Italy's World Cup squad in the Far East, will return to the Rossoneri despite having been a regular feature in Carles Rexach's team last season, making 23 appearances.
Two years on his contract
The 25-year-old has two years to run on his Milan contract and Galliani said on the club's website: "From 1 June, Coco will be a Milan player again."
