Juventus have signed Switzerland right-back Stephan Lichtsteiner from UEFA Europa League contenders S.S. Lazio for a €10m fee.
The 27-year-old, who joined Lazio in 2008 from LOSC Lille Métropole and played 100 Serie A games for the capital club, has accepted a four-year contract with the Bianconeri. At Juve he will link up with his Switzerland team-mate Reto Ziegler, the left-back having arrived from UC Sampdoria in May.
Juventus, who appointed Antonio Conte as coach after failing to qualify for European competition under Luigi Delneri, have also recruited midfielders Andrea Pirlo and Michele Pazienza on free transfers this summer.
