Galletti arrives at Atlético

Three-year deal
The 25-year-old midfielder has signed a three-year contract with Atlético, who have paid Real Zaragoza a fee of around €4m for his services. Cerezo said: "For any of our supporters, this is a very attractive signing, and personally, I think this is one of the greatest signings of the summer. I wish him all the very best at his new home, Atlético de Madrid."

'Great fans'
Galletti, whose former sides include SSC Napoli, Parma FC and Club Estudiantes de la Plata, stated: "I am grateful to Atlético for the faith they have placed in me. They are one of the great clubs of Spanish football and also have the best fans." Galletti is expected to join his new team-mates on Saturday to take part in Atlético's tour of England.
