Ticket sales for the 2017 UEFA Champions League final have started today exclusively via UEFA.com, and will run until 12.00CET on 28 March.

As usual, fans and the general public are being allocated the majority of the tickets for the final, which will be played at the National Stadium of Wales in Cardiff on Saturday 3 June, kicking off at 20.45CET.

A total of 41,500 tickets out of 66,000 (the stadium’s capacity for the final) are available for fans and the general public to purchase. The two teams who reach the final will receive 18,000 each, while 5,500 tickets are being offered for sale to fans worldwide via UEFA.com. The remaining tickets are allocated to the local organising committee, UEFA and national associations, commercial partners and broadcasters, and to serve the corporate hospitality programme.

For the sales process on UEFA.com, tickets will not be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Instead, a ballot will be conducted to allocate the tickets once the sales period has ended. As in previous years, UEFA consulted the independent Football Supporters Europe network (FSE) when setting ticket prices, which have again remained stable across all categories.

The price categories available for the general public are: Category 4: £60, Category 3: £140, Category 2: £275, Category 1: £390, and youth package: £120 (two Category 2 tickets – one adult and one child under 14 - sold at discounted Category 4 rate). Accessibility tickets for disabled spectators are available for £60 (ticket priced at Category 4 rate and one companion ticket provided for free). Delivery costs are included in the prices of all tickets.

Applicants can apply for up to two tickets per person. The tickets will be personalised, and each applicant is required to provide their personal details on the ticket portal. They will be informed via email by 7 April as to whether their application has been successful or not. Applicants will also be able to check the status of their application on the ticket portal with their log-in information. Tickets will be delivered by courier by no later than mid-May.

Ticketing terms and conditions

Tickets to the 2017 UEFA Champions League final are sold subject to strict terms and conditions which prohibit any unauthorised resale or transfer and invalidate any tickets acquired or used in breach of the terms and conditions. All ticket holders are bound by these ticketing terms and conditions, and UEFA actively enforces these provisions.

Online applications will be verified with the relevant authorities to ensure that anyone banned from attending football matches cannot purchase tickets. Sales of tickets to the general public for the 2017 UEFA Champions League final will be conducted exclusively on UEFA.com. UEFA urges all football fans to refrain from purchasing tickets or hospitality packages from unauthorised sellers, agents or websites, as tickets obtained in breach of UEFA’s terms and conditions will be invalid and purchasers of such tickets may be refused admission to the stadium.
