Reaction:
Ólafur Jóhannesson, Valur coach
We were much better over the whole game and the honour goes to my players. They deserved the win but we also had great support from the stands, amazing, and hopefully that will continue. We managed to confuse the discussion before the game [with Valur's injury problems] and I think that helped to motivate my players.
Bjarni Gudjónsson, KR coach
We were simply not good enough against a powerful Valur. They played like we expected but, again, we were not good enough.
