We also hope for positive news about the miners who currently remain trapped in the mine," said UEFA President Michel Platini.
A minute's silence will be observed at the UEFA European Under-17 Championship match between Turkey and Malta at the Ta' Qali National Stadium in Malta on Thursday 15 May, in respect of the miners who lost their lives.
