FC Barcelona and Club Atlético de Madrid marched on in the Liga as both posted successes on Tuesday night to make it six wins from six.
Barça survived an early scare when Haris Seferovic struck the bar for Real Sociedad de Fútbol but still managed to go ahead inside five minutes when Neymar turned in from close. Lionel Messi's header doubled the lead before Sergio Busquets rifled in from outside the area. Alberto de la Bella pulled one back after the break but Marc Bartra's tap in rounded off a 4-1 win.
It was a closer call for Atlético, who edged CA Osasuna 2-1. Diego Costa drove in from close range on 18 minutes before the Brazilian headed them into a two-goal lead shortly after with his seventh league strike in six games. Oriol Riera hammered in Francisco Puñal's set-piece to reduce the deficit before the break.
Levante UD remain unbeaten since the opening day of the season after their 1-1 draw with Real Valladolid CF made it three one pointers on the spin for the Granotes. Fernando Tissone and Francisco Portillo's second-half efforts earned a 2-0 win for Málaga CF against UD Almería.
