Defender Carles Puyol made his debut for Spain against the Netherlands on 15 November 2000 – and made it to 100 caps on Wednesday. The FC Barcelona man was a winner at UEFA EURO 2008 and the 2010 FIFA World Cup finals, but while he missed out on his side's UEFA EURO 2012 triumph through injury, he is still going strong at 34.
