Zlatan Ibrahimović's 20th goal of the season helped AC Milan maintain their grip on Serie A with a 2-0 success against Parma FC, although Juventus kept the pace with a 5-0 victory at ACF Fiorentina.
The Swedish international scored a 17th-minute penalty after Cristian Zaccardo had handled Urby Emanuelson's strike, but the Dutchman got on the scoresheet ten minutes after the interval when he embarked on a run from deep within his own half, before dribbling around Antonio Mirante for a delightful solo goal.
The Italian champions, who on Friday were drawn to face FC Barcelona in the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals, remain four points clear of Juventus, who won 5-0 at Fiorentina. Mirko Vučinić and Arturo Vidal struck before the break, the latter after Alessio Cerci was sent off for the Viola. Claudio Marchisio's diving header (54), Andrea Pirlo's smart finish (67) and substitute Simone Padoin's first touch of the game (72) put the result beyond doubt.
