Blackburn Rovers FC came from behind twice to defeat Arsenal FC 4-3 at Ewood Park and earn their first Premier League victory of the season.
Two debut goals from Ayegbeni Yakubu helped Steve Kean's side win a game in which Gervinho and Mikel Arteta scored their first goals for the Gunners. Blackburn trailed 2-1 to those efforts at half-time but parity was restored when Alex Song put into his own net from Rubén Rochina's free-kick.
Another own goal, this time from Laurent Koscielny, increased Blackburn's lead to 4-2 before Marouane Chamakh's late header for Arsène Wenger's team, who have conceded 14 goals in their five league games.
It was a good day for the three promoted clubs, with Swansea City FC beating West Bromwich Albion FC, Norwich City FC winning 2-1 at Bolton Wanderers FC and Queens Park Rangers FC coming away from Wolverhampton Wanderers FC with a 3-0 victory.
Aston Villa FC and Newcastle United FC remain unbeaten after the teams drew 1-1, while Everton FC overcame Wigan Athletic FC 3-1. Manchester United FC host Chelsea FC and Fulham FC entertain Manchester City FC in two of four fixtures on Sunday.
