France coach Bruno Bini admits he is not hopeful that Olympique Lyonnais defender Sandrine Dusang will be fit to play at UEFA WOMEN'S EURO 2009™.

'Pessimistic'
The 25-year-old sustained cruciate ligament damage in her left knee while training on 28 January, ruling her out of the rest of the season. Even so she was named in Bini's 22-strong finals squad six months later and the coach now has a decision to make as the deadline for submitting his selection to UEFA looms. "We'll decide on 10 August," Bini told uefa.com. "But I'm pessimistic."

Last friendly
Whatever the decision on Monday, Bini's squad will be bolstered by the arrival from the United States of Sonia Bompastor and Camille Abily. The pair missed last Saturday's home 4-0 friendly loss to Japan but will be available on 12 August when Scotland visit Chartres for France's last warm-up. Their finals campaign begins against Iceland on 24 August in Tampere, with fixtures against Norway and holders Germany to follow in Group B.
