Landreau replacement
The 36-year-old endured a frustrating campaign in Spain, making just six Liga appearances and has bid a hasty retreat to Ligue 1 and an improving Paris Saint-Germain FC side. PSG just missed out on European football last term by finishing sixth, but that still represented a ten-place improvement on the previous campaign, and Coupet arrives to replace LOSC Lille Métropole-bound Mickaël Landreau. "My ambition is to win," said Coupet, who claimed seven Ligue 1 titles in 12 seasons at Lyon. "I don't want to stay on the bench, I want to represent the club and give it my all." Meanwhile striker Guillaume Hoarau, 25, has renewed his contract at PSG, committing until 2013.
