Arsenal FC have completed the signing of Welsh prodigy Aaron Ramsey from Cardiff City FC for a fee believed to be in the region of €6.3m.
Cup final
The 17-year-old has signed a long-term deal with the London club after starring for the Wales Under-21 side last season. The midfielder made his debut for Cardiff at the age of 16 years and 124 days, becoming the youngest player to represent the club in their history, and made 16 league appearances during his time with the Bluebirds. However, he shot to prominence during their run to the FA Cup final last term and appeared as a substitute in the showpiece as the second-tier outfit were defeated by Portsmouth FC.
