Arsenal's Tracy boosts Ireland

The Republic of Ireland's UEFA WOMEN'S EURO 2009™ qualifying hopes have been boosted by the return from injury of Arsenal LFC defender Yvonne Tracy.

Out for most of last season, Tracy took no part in Ireland's opening Group 2 win against Hungary and loss to Italy, but was on the bench when compatriots Emma Byrne and Ciara Grant helped Arsenal win the UEFA Women's Cup against Umeå IK. The trio are all in the party to visit Romania on 25 August in Mogosoaia, along with several members of the Ireland squad that reached the World University Games semi-finals recently in Bangkok.
