Levadia spot on in Estonian Cup final

Konstantin Nahk scored twice as FC Levadia Tallinn defeated JK Trans Narva 3-0 in the Estonian Cup final to claim the trophy for a record fifth time.

FC Levadia Tallinn did not give JK Trans Narva a chance in today's Estonian Cup final, running out 3-0 winners at the Kadriorg Stadium in Tallinn to claim the trophy for a record fifth time.

Nahk double
Konstantin Nahk opened the scoring from the penalty spot in the 26th minute after Trans right-back Aleksei Gorškov felled Tarmo Kink in the area. Gorškov was the villain again in first-half added time, bringing down Konstantin Vassiljev this time for another spot-kick which Nahk dispatched into the top corner. Kink completed the scoring four minutes after the break, firing the ball in from eight metres with the help of a deflection following a clever free-kick.

Seventh success
Nahk's double strike means he has scored three cup final goals in total, level with record holder Andrei Krõlov. More remarkably, though, he now has seven winners' medals in the competition having featured in all five of Levadia's triumphs after lifting the trophy twice before as an FC Tallinna Sadam player. For the first time in Estonian Cup history the trophy was presented by an official from another sport - the honour going to Estonian Athletics Association president Erich Teigamägi.
