How to apply?

Our recruitment process
Should you be successful all the way through our recruitment process, we take you from your initial application to a formal offer in about six weeks:

• On-line application form completed and submitted by you
• Application carefully reviewed by our recruitment team
• On-line assessment (optional) ; instructions are sent by e-mail
• Phone interview (optional), during about 30 minutes, based on key skills for the role you applied for, often conducted in English ;
• Face-to-Face interview, with a recruiter and the hiring manager
• Referencing; all our offers are subject to satisfactory pre-employment references.

Unsuccessful applicants will be notified:

• Within 4 weeks after submitting their application
• Within 1 week after phone interview
• Within 1 week after face to face interview

If you decide to apply, we have included some useful tips below.

Your CV
This is a key document for us, and it is automatically attached to your Profile when you click on “Upload Your CV”. Please remember:

• Your CV should be ready as attachement and in English only.
• A good CV should never be more than two to three pages.
• Upload your CV as a very first step of the application process.

Your on-line application form
Your application form is highlighting your skills and your overall value as a potential future employee. Please remember:

• Answer in English only.
• Some fields (marked in red) are mandatory. Complete all of them.
• Relevant skills, experience and training are vital in deciding who gets a job. Make sure that yours are represented clearly.

The interview
Your interview is a chance for us to see if you have the drive and professionalism we are looking for.

• You should be ready to give real examples, work-related or not.
• Do some background research on our organisation, and on our business.
• This is a two-way process. Feel free to ask questions!
