Vercauteren impressed
The 26-year-old joined the Belgian title contenders on Tuesday for an undisclosed fee after agreeing a three-and-a-half year contract. Wasilewski first caught the eye of Frank Vercauteren playing for Poland against Belgium on 15 November and subsequently impressed the Anderlecht coach while on trial with the Eerste Klasse champions during the winter break. The full-back, whose previous clubs include Wisla Plock and Amica Wronki, is known for his attacking forays down the right flank and scored five times for his former side.
