Article body
FC Dynamo Kyiv are searching for a new coach after dispensing with the services of Leonid Buryak after just two months at the helm.
European exit
The 53-year-old has been under fire since Dynamo failed to qualify for the UEFA Champions League group stage for the first time in nine years, following defeat in the second qualifying round by Switzerland's FC Thun. The final decision was made after Dynamo fell further off the pace in the Ukrainian Premier League with a 1-1 draw against FC Illichivets Mariupol on Monday evening.
Foreign possibility
Chairman Ihor Surkis has not ruled out the possibility of appointing a foreigner to succeed the former Ukraine coach Buryak, who was only appointed on 17 July. Anatoliy Demyanenko, who has been part of the club's coaching set-up for a decade, will take temporary charge of the side.
