Scottish Premier League outfit Dunfermline AFC have signed F.Y.R. Macedonia front-man Georgi Hristov until the end of the season after the player secured a work permit. "Obviously we're delighted to have secured the work permit," manager Davie Hay told uefa.com. "He is a good lad and his English is good as well, so he should be able to fit in straight away."

SuperLiga side Moreirense FC have moved for Olympique de Marseille's Portuguese international Delfim, who will return to his homeland on loan for the remainder of the current campaign. "It is a great acquisition for us," Moreirense chairman Joaquim Almeida said of the midfielder, whose contract with Marseille has 18 months to run.

Bayer 04 Leverkusen have parted company with Turkey Under-21 striker Kenan Sahin, who has agreed an 18-month deal with 2. Bundesliga FC Energie Cottbus. Details of the transfer fee were not revealed.

Also in Germany, VfL Bochum 1848 have allowed Icelandic international Thordur Gudjonsson to switch to England's Stoke City FC on a free transfer. The midfielder passed a medical today before signing an 18-month contract.

Danish Superliga club Aalborg BK have strengthened their squad for the spring campaign by signing Brazilian attacking midfielder Fabiano de Santos on a six-month deal from Botafogo Paraiba.
