Paolo Guerrero scored twice as FC Bayern München left it late to come from behind and defeat VfL Bochum 1848 3-1, while Juri Schlünz resigned as FC Hansa Rostock coach after the side were overwhelmed by Hamburger SV.
Late comeback
Bayern were trailing to Vratislav Lokvenc's 67th-minute strike with just 14 minutes remaining when Guerrero, a half-time replacement for Claudio Pizarro, drew the side level. The Peruvian international gave Bayern the lead five minutes later with only his third goal for the club and the UEFA Champions League contenders' victory was sealed 60 seconds later after an own-goal by Sören Colding.
Hansa toil
The result lifts Felix Magath's side back into second, one point behind Bundesliga leaders VfL Wolfsburg. Bochum, meanwhile, slip to 16th just two places ahead of Hansa, the side Schlünz decided to leave after seeing the players succumb to an emphatic 6-0 defeat by Hamburg at the Ostseestadion.
Jarolim double
Collin Benjamin, who came on as an early substitute, opened the scoring on 20 minutes before David Jarolim and Naohiro Takahara made the game safe before the interval. Hamburg continued to push forward in the second half and Almani Moreira, Jarolim and Bernardo Romeo added three more as Hamburg earned their fifth win of the season to move up to 12th.
