Six seasons
The 25-year-old right-back has a four-year contract at Tottenham, who are led by former France coach Jacques Santini. Pamarot, who had a brief spell in English football on loan at Portsmouth FC in 1999/00, had spent six seasons with Nice.
New faces
Tottenham have also completed the signing of England midfield player Michael Carrick after he passed a medical at White Hart Lane. The club have been busy in the summer transfer market, recruiting Paul Robinson, Márton Fülop, Erik Edman, Nourredine Naybet, Rodrigo Defendi, Timothée Atouba, Sean Davis, Pedro Mendes and Edson Silva.
