Turkish Super League sides Rizespor and Ankaraspor have appointed new coaches.

Turkish Super League side Rizespor have appointed Riza Çalimbay as their new coach.

Top priority
Last month Rizespor secured the services of Sakip Özberk, only for him to accept a job with Konyaspor 48 hours later after falling out with general manager Yilmaz Zehiroglu. Former MKE Ankaragücü coach Çalimbay said his priority was to sign quality foreign players to bolster his squad.

Aybaba joins Ankaraspor
Newly-promoted Ankaraspor have also brought in a new coach, Samet Aybaba, who has been a free agent since leaving Trazonspor in December. "Unfortunately, the club does not have an established squad or the structure to compete at the highest level. Our first priority is not to get relegated in our first season," Aybaba said.
