End of Reja reign
Arrigoni replaces Eduardo Reja who took over at the club last November and led them to promotion from Serie B. However, Reja was unable to agree new terms and parted company with the club a few days ago.
Serie A debut
The 45-year old Arrigoni led Frosinone Calcio to promotion to C1, Italy's third division, last season. He has never previously coached a team in Italy's top flight, although he has led US Palermo and Messina FC in Serie B.
