Romania moved three points clear at the top of UEFA European Women's Championship Group 5 with a dramatic 3-2 win in Croatia.
Last-minute winner
The two sides began the game unbeaten and level on seven points, and it was the visitors who moved ahead on 29 minutes through Florentina Spanu. However, Marina Koljenik equalised seven minutes later. Luiza Leu restored Romania's lead soon after the hour and although Iva Kusar made it 2-2 with 15 minutes to go, Daniela Simona Pufulete struck in the last minute to clinch the away victory.

Croatia have a chance to bounce back in their bid for promotion when they travel to Malta on 16 November, while Romania return to action on 1 May 2004 at home to the Republic of Ireland, with the top two heading for a potential decider with the group's last game on 2 October.
