Transfer round-up: Brian Priske has joined KRC Genk while Real Murcia CF have signed two forwards.

Three-year contract
The 26-year-old right-back joins for an undisclosed fee from Aalborg BK and has signed a three-year contract with the team that took the Belgian First Division title in 2001/02, before finishing sixth last season. Dutch club FC Utrecht had also shown an interest in Priske, whon has been capped twice at senior level and 15 times for the Danish Under-21 side.

Forwards join Murcia
Real Murcia CF, newly promoted to Spain's Primera División, have signed young forwards Julio Alvarez and Luis García from champions Real Madrid CF on four-year deals. Alvarez, a 22-year-old right-winger, has spent the last two seasons on loan at Rayo Vallecano and Real Racing Club Santander while striker García, 22, has been playing for Madrid's reserve side. Madrid have the option to re-sign either player next summer.

Permanent deal
Meanwhile, Murcia have further bolstered their squad with the permanent addition of FC Barcelona defender Ibán Cuadrado. The 24-year-old centre back has been on loan at Murcia for the last two seasons, playing 61 league games, and has agreed a three-year contract.

Barbosa off to Rennes
Ambitious Stade Rennais FC have paid a reported €1.5m to sign Cédric Barbosa from French Ligue 1 rivals Montpellier Hérault SC. The 27-year-old midfield player, who has spent the last six seasons with Montpelier since a move from Olympique Alès, has put pen to paper on a three-year deal, and said: "I hope to take my career a step forward with Rennes." Both his old and new sides narrowly avoided relegation last term.

Chainho back in Portugal
Angolan-born midfield player Carlos Chainho has returned to his adopted home of Portugal by signing a two-year deal with Super Liga side CS Marítimo. Chainho spent last season with Panathinaikos FC in Greece, and has previously played for Spain's Real Zaragoza and Portuguese teams FC Porto, CF Estrela Amadora, Casa Pia AC and Carcavelos SC.
