Savio on show at Zaragoza

Real Zaragoza have unveiled Savio Bortolini after completing his free transfer from Real Madrid CF.

Right move
Savio has signed a two-year contract with the option of a third term at Zaragoza, after rejecting an offer from FC Girondins de Bordeaux where he was on loan last season. "I have come to give my best to the club. My family is the most important thing in my life and they were happy to move back to Spain," said the 28-year-old Brazilian international.

High earner
Savio, twice a UEFA Champions League winner with Madrid in 1998 and 2000, will reportedly become the best-paid player in Zaragoza's history. The Romareda club, back in Spain's Primera División after a year's absence, have now made five summer signings, including the Argentinian central defender Gabriel Milito.
