Article body
Identical name
The arrival of right-sided midfield player Sokolowski means Legia now have two players with exactly the same name. The new Sokolowski is a 26-year-old former Polish Under-21 international. Krzysztalowicz has joined from demoted Zaglebie and is expected to provide goalkeeping cover for Artur Boruc.
Miecel return
Both players have agreed two-year contracts, but they are not the only new faces at Legia. Forward Marcin Mieciel has arrived back from a loan spell with Greece club Iraklis FC. It is understood the 28-year-old may only spend half a season in Poland before returning to Greece.
