Nine caps
The 26-year-old midfield player was one of Bohemians' best performers last season, scoring seven league goals. Kisel, who has nine international caps, joined Bohemians two-and-a-half years ago from FK Laugaricio Trencín in his homeland. A dead-ball specialist, his departure is a serious blow for Bohemians' chances of regaining their top-flight status next season.
Dead-ball specialist
Kisel is the second reinforcement to arrive at Liberec this summer, after the signing of Michal Pospísíl from AC Sparta Praha. The 2002 title winners are preparing for their UEFA Intertoto Cup campaign, having finished fourth last season.
