Petkov pair
The leaders overwhelmed basement club FK Kumanovo 5-1 with first-half goals from Vlatko Grozdanovski and Marijo Petkov, the latter adding the third shortly after the break. Dragan Nacevski and Slavco Georgijevski further extended Vardar's lead before Sasa Dimitrijevski grabbed an 80th-minute consolation for Kumanovo.
Belasica held at last
Second-placed FK Belasica were held 1-1 by basement side FK Bregalnica Delcevo, marking their first failure to win in 14 games. Meanwhile, FK Rabotnicki beat FK Sileks 2-0 thanks to goals from Ljubisa Nikolic and Goran Zdravkov.
Dimitrovski double
In the day's other games, FK Pobeda beat FK Sloga Jugomagnat 2-1 with all three goals coming before the break. Pobeda took the lead in the ninth minute through Dragan Dimitrovski and although Goran Stankovski equalised on the half-hour mark, eleven minutes later Dimitrovski’s second goal sealed the win.
