FK Partizan ended their championship-winning season in style with victory over FK Javor Ivanjica.

FK Partizan finished their championship-winning season in style by defeating relegated FK Javor Ivanjica 3-0 on the final day of the Prva Savezna Liga season.

Trophy awarded
Before the game, Partizan captain Saša Ilic was presented with the championship trophy by Nebojša Lekovic, the president of the Serbia and Montenegro Football Association (FSSCG). The home side went on to dominate the game, and the breakthrough came from young striker Andrija Delibašic after 25 minutes. Delibašic claimed his second five minutes past the hour and the win was sealed when Dejan Ognjanovic added a third eight minutes from time.

'Big job ahead'
"I hope that the crowd have had chances to enjoy our matches this season," said Partizan coach Lothar Matthäus. "Even though I think we've made some mistakes in defence today, I'm pretty much satisfied with the result. Now we have a big job ahead, as we want success in Europe too."

League reorganised
Joining Javor in the lower divisions next season will be FK Radnicki Niš, FK Mogren, FK Rudar Pljevlja, FK Cukaricki and FK Rad, as the league will be made up of 16 clubs instead of 18 next season, which kicks off on 19 August.

Rad relegated
The 2-2 draw between Rad and OFK Beograd was marred by crowd disturbances, as the home side surrendered a two-goal lead that would have taken them above FK Radnicki Obrenovac, defeated by Dragan Mladenovic's 81st-minute strike for FK Crvena Zvezda and preserved their top-flight status.

Early advantage
Rad began well and Marko Ljubinkovic gave them the lead after just 13 minutes of the game. Darko Pivaljevic doubled the advantage eleven minutes later but Ivan Cvetkovic pulled a goal back on the stroke of half-time and, in the second minute of injury time at the end of the match, Miljan Mrdakovic's equaliser provoked violent scenes among the Rad supporters.

Cup final to come
The draw confirmed third place for OFK, who will now qualify for Europe next season if Zvezda defeat FK Sartid in Thursday's Serbo-Montenegrin Cup final. Sartid prepared for the game with a 1-1 draw at home to FK Sutjeska, as Vladimir Mudrinic opened the scoring for the home side after 33 minutes but Nikola Nikezic levelled just after the hour.

Zeleznik fourth
FK Zeleznik had to settle for fourth place despite a 5-2 victory at home to Cukaricki, with Zoran Djuraškovic scoring two late goals, while Nenad Djordjevi also scored twice to help FK Obilic to a 2-0 win at FK Vojvodina and Nenad Milijaš scored the only goal of the game after 19 minutes as FK Zemun defeated FK Hajduk Kula.

Contrasting fortunes
Mogren signed off with a 3-0 win at home to bottom side Radnicki Niš and another relegated side, Rudar, were defeated 4-1 at home by FK Zeta.
