"I am happy as Brøndby coach so there is no reason to postpone signing the contract," Laudrup said in a statement. The former Danish international forward began his career with the club before moving on to Juventus FC, FC Barcelona, Real Madrid CF and AFC Ajax.
Twin goals
Brøndby are second in the Superliga, two points behind leaders FC København with six games to play. They will also play FC Midtjylland in the Danish Cup final on 29 May.
