A 92nd-minute goal from captain Kevin Hunt earned Bohemian FC a 1-1 draw against Shamrock Rovers FC in the Irish Premier Division on Sunday afternoon.

Late drama
In a tight game with few goalscoring opportunities, the visitors broke the deadlock with 17 minutes left to play as midfield player Stephen Grant shot into the net, and it seemed that would be enough to earn the win before Hunt's late strike.

Comfortable for Cork
Cork City FC moved top of the table after a 3-0 victory away to Longford Town FC. Striker John O'Flynn opened the scoring in the 15th minute and George O'Callaghan doubled the lead two minutes after half-time, before O'Flynn’s second of the match sealed a comfortable win.

Two-goal cushion
Third-placed Waterford United FC were 2-1 winners away to University College Dublin FC, taking a two-goal lead through Gary O'Neill and a Hugh Davey own goal. Robbie Martin's second-half strike was not enough to prevent UCD slipping to their fourth consecutive defeat of the season.

Drogheda draw
Drogheda United FC came from behind to draw 1-1 with Shelbourne FC, who took the lead through Jason Byrne five minutes before half-time, but Danny O'Connor earned the home side a point with an equaliser two minutes later.

First for St. Patrick's
St Patrick's Athletic FC secured their first victory of the season, defeating Derry City FC 4-1. John Paul McBride put Derry in front from the penalty spot, but Paul Osam equalised on the stroke of half-time and second-half strikes from Barry Prenderville, Charles Mbabazi Livingstone and Jimmy Lee Jones gave the home side all three points.
