Members

Defending champions Bohemian FC had to make do with a point after a 1-1 draw at Longford Town FC.

All square
Wes Byrne put Longford ahead on 28 minutes, continuing the hosts' excellent start to the season. But after incessant second-half pressure, new signing Robert Doyle scored his first Bohemians goal 15 minutes from time to grab a share of the spoils.

Solitary strike
Shelbourne FC impressed again with a 1-0 home win over Derry City FC. Jason Byrne hit the only goal after four minutes, his third strike in two matches. Meanwhile, a John O'Flynn hat-trick gave new Cork City FC manager Pat Dolan his first victory as his side defeated University College Dublin FC 3-0 in the capital.

Bird on song
Dublin rivals Saint Patrick's Athletic FC and Shamrock Rovers FC drew 1-1 at Richmond Park. Rovers took the lead on five minutes through Stephen Gough's penalty, but Tony Bird equalised for the home team ten minutes before half-time.

First success
Waterford United FC claimed their first victory since returning to the Premier Division, winning 3-1 at Drogheda United FC. Stephen Gray put the hosts ahead after 37 minutes, but goals from Mark Clifford, Daryl Murphy and Gary O'Neill sealed the points for Waterford.
