FK Leotar remain a point ahead of NK Željeznicar at the top of the Bosnia-Herzegovina Premier League following a 4-0 victory against NK Brotnjo.
First-half spree
Leotar were two goals ahead by the seven-minute mark through Siniša Mulina and Predrag Vukićevic. Pavle Delibašic and Igor Joksimovic added further goals on 35 and 40 minutes to ensure the leaders secured victory before half-time.
Close behind
Željeznicar remain close behind with eight games still to go after beating NK Posušje 2-0. Admir Kajtaz was the hero for Željeznicar with goals on 32 and 40 minutes.
Nine-goal thriller
Third-placed NK Široki Brijeg claimed a thrilling 6-3 victory against lowly NK Jedisntvo. Nikola Juričic’s hat-trick proved decisive, but his side remain 13 points off the lead.
Brkic treble
Senad Brkic also scored three times as FK Celik gained a 5-0 win against relegation-threatened FK Mladost Gacko, but FK Velez gave themselves hope of avoiding the drop as they overcame FK Glasinac 3-0.
Bosna beaten
Elsewhere, NK Zepce beat NK Zrinjski 1-0, FK Sarajevo and FK Rudar Uglijevik drew 1-1, FK Sloboda Tuzla won 2-0 against FK Buducnost Banovici and FK Kozara saw off already-relegated bottom side FK Bosna 2-1.
