Delcevo lose patience with Dimoski

Members

Ilija Dimoski has been sacked as coach of struggling Macedonian First League side FK Bregalnica Delcevo.

Ilija Dimoski has become the second coach this season to be dismissed by Macedonian First League side FK Bregalnica Delcevo.

Bad run
The board took the decision to sack Dimoski after a draw and two consecutive defeats left the team second bottom in the standings after three games of the spring campaign. Delcevo were held 1-1 by FK Pobeda, and lost against FK Sloga Jugomagnat (2-0) and FK Cementarnica 55 (1-0).

No1 contender
Former Yugoslavia and FK Crvena Zvezda defender Kiril Dojcinovski, who recently returned from a spell as coach of El Salvadorian side Luis Ángel Firpo, has emerged as the leading contender to take over.

Uphill struggle
Delcevo were promoted last year but now face an uphill struggle to retain top flight status. The club parted company with Bulgarian coach Jordan Samokovliski earlier in the season.
