Referee's report
The MFA sanction follows a misconduct charge against Zammit for his behaviour at the end of a youth game between Valletta's Under-16 team, of which he is manager, and a Hibernians FC team on 2 February. Zammit is said to have clashed with the match official, who subsequently reported the player to the MFA's Disciplinary Board.
Right of appeal
Zammit's suspension takes immediate effect, though he is expected to lodge an appeal next week. "Nothing seems to be going right for Valletta at the moment," said club president Joe Caruana Curran. Valletta are third in the Premier League table, seven points behind the leaders, Sliema Wanderers FC.
