Sedan delivery for Njanka

Cameroonian international Pierre Njanka has completed a move from RC Strasbourg to CS Sedan-Ardennes.

New deal
The 27-year-old defender has left La Meinau stadium after four and a half years at Strasbourg, but has remained in the north east of France after signing a two and a half-year deal with Sedan for a fee believed to be €200,000. He could make his debut against RC Lens on Saturday.

International pedigree
Njanka, who has amassed 25 caps for Cameroon after playing at the 1998 and 2002 FIFA World Cup finals, has been in good form for Strasbourg this season, playing in their last nine Ligue 1 games before the winter break. The former Neuchâtel Xamax FC player joins international team-mates Pius N'Diefi and Modeste Mbami at Sedan.
